In a perfect world the buyer would pay shipping but that is something we can work out. Wheels are hand polished and will be repolished before I send them out. There is one curb mark that couldn't be polished out and its on the inside of one of the lips so its very hard to notice even if you know where it is. There are no bends that I know of and the slots can use a respray for a perfectionist. Wheels look great rolling or sitting still.
